Turn the attached selfie into a close-cropped podcast cover portrait. Keep the man's identity exactly as shown in the photo, including his face, facial features, skin tone, hair, facial hair and natural proportions, without retouching that changes who he is. If no photo is attached, use the Subject described below.
Frame the face and upper shoulders tightly, with the subject looking toward the camera and a composed, thoughtful expression. Use the Color Palette for moody colored lighting: one soft light shaping the face from the side and a subtle contrasting rim light around the hair and shoulder. Keep the background dark, simple and softly blurred so the face remains the clear focal point. Preserve natural skin texture, add gentle cinematic contrast and shallow depth of field, and avoid distracting props or visible text. Compose the portrait cleanly for the Format, leaving balanced negative space around the head.
Use these details:
Subject: "A man with short dark hair, light stubble and a calm, thoughtful expression"
Color Palette: "deep blue, violet and muted magenta"
Format: "1:1 square podcast cover"
