Turn the attached couple photo into an authentic 1980s engagement portrait. Keep both people exactly as they appear in the photo, preserving their faces, facial features, skin tones, hair, body types and recognizable identities without retouching that changes who they are. If no photo is attached, use the Couple described below.
Place them together in front of the Backdrop, posed close with a natural, affectionate engagement-portrait expression. Dress them in the Wardrobe and style the scene like a classic 1980s studio photography session. Use soft, diffused key lighting with gentle shadow falloff, a subtle glow around highlights and a shallow depth of field. Frame them from the waist up with a centered, slightly formal composition and an 85mm portrait lens look. Add restrained soft focus, delicate film grain, mild vintage color shifts and the character of a printed studio photograph. Keep their anatomy, hands, jewelry and clothing details natural, with no modern studio equipment or contemporary visual elements visible.
Use these details:
Couple: "engaged couple with a relaxed, affectionate connection"
Backdrop: "warm beige studio backdrop with subtle tonal variation"
Wardrobe: "1980s formal engagement attire with a tailored suit and an elegant statement dress"
