A friendly hiring outreach graphic for LinkedIn, arranged with generous breathing room and an informal editorial feel. Set the Hiring Headline as the largest text near the upper left, followed by the Supporting Copy in a clear, comfortably readable size. Place the Company Name subtly near the bottom and make the Call To Action easy to find without turning it into a button-heavy layout. Use the Color Palette across the background, typography and small accent shapes. Set the composition on a clean field and weave the Doodle Motif around the text so the looping line adds movement without crossing through any letters. Use a casual handwritten accent alongside a simple sans-serif typeface, strong hierarchy, balanced margins and crisp, accurate text rendering. Keep the overall mood warm, approachable and human, with no stock-photo imagery. Format the finished design as the Format.
